For years, winter at Jack Frost has been marked by a familiar phrase.
"It's officially Hot Buttered Whiskey weather."
The first snowfall arrives, the temperature drops, and suddenly sipping a warm glass of Hot Buttered Whiskey whilst sinking into the cosy velvets becomes a seasonal ritual.
This winter, we're adding another tradition.
Introducing our Parmesan Wheel Pasta & Wine experience.

More Than JUST Pasta
At first glance, it seems so simple.
A giant wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano sits proudly at the head of the table. Guests gather around. Cameras appear.
And then the magic begins.
Fresh pasta is tossed inside a hollowed wheel, where years of carefully aged cheese coat every strand with rich, nutty flavour. As the pasta is turned through the wheel, the warm starch encourages the cheese to melt and bind into a silky sauce unlike anything that can be recreated in a conventional pan.
It's theatrical.
It's absolutely delicious.
It's only at Jack Frost.

A Tradition Born In Italy
Known as Pasta alla Ruota ("pasta in the wheel"), the practice has been delighting diners throughout northern Italy for generations.
While recipes and techniques vary from village to village, the idea remains beautifully simple: exceptional ingredients, prepared in front of guests, creating an experience that feels as memorable as the meal itself.
It's food theatre in its purest form.

A New LUNCH Tradition
This winter marks the first time Jack Frost will open for lunch. Starting Sunday of opening weekend, and then Saturdays throughout the season.
It felt only right that we launch with something worthy of becoming a new tradition.
