A ski holiday deserves more than just one great meal.
Whether you're visiting Mt Hotham for a weekend or settling in for a week on the mountain, Jack Frost has created a dining experience you'll want to come back for.
Our new Parmesan Wheel Bottomless Pasta & Beverage Experience is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about dining events on the mountain—and it's only available on Tuesday evenings and Saturday lunches.
It all begins with a giant wheel of aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
As guests settle in, Head Chef Tiana Arrigoni brings the wheel to life tossing fresh pasta through its rich, creamy centre. Every strand is coated in beautifully aged Parmesan before being served alongside warm cob bread and a fresh seasonal salad. Pair that with a flowing selection of beverages, and you've got a relaxed, indulgent experience that's made for long lunches and cosy mountain dinners.
But here's our tip...
Don't just visit Jack Frost once during your Hotham stay.
Many of our guests make Jack Frost part of their holiday routine.
Join us for 2-for-1 Après Cocktails from 3:30pm, return another night to experience our full à la carte restaurant menu, or let our chefs take care of everything with the popular Feed Me Menu, showcasing some of the kitchen's favourite seasonal dishes.
Then, make Tuesday dinner or Saturday lunch the highlight of your trip with the Parmesan Wheel experience.
Every visit offers something a little different.
Whether you're celebrating with friends, escaping after a day on the slopes, or simply looking for one of the best restaurants at Mt Hotham, Jack Frost combines mountain hospitality with unforgettable food, great wine, creative cocktails and genuine experiences.
Available only:
Tuesday Dinner. 6pm and 7pm sittings.
Saturday Lunch. 12:30pm and 1:30pm sittings.
Bookings are limited each week and often fill quickly.
If you're planning your next Mt Hotham holiday, make Jack Frost more than just dinner—make it part of your memorable winter holiday.
