Love the buzz of a busy café? 🚀 Join the Super Good Group this summer at Rocky Creek Café in Red Hill, a tourist hotspot buzzing with energy, families, and holidaymakers.

We’re looking for experienced Baristas who can keep cool under pressure, pour consistently excellent coffee, and lead by example with pace, consistency, and teamwork. ( Onsite accommodation available for seasonal part-time positions)

💡 What you’ll do:

☕ Craft beautiful, consistent coffee at a high-volume environment 👩‍🍳 Work with and support the team across other sections of operations ie. cashier/food 📋 Keep service flowing by following daily and weekly checklists and systems ⚡ Stay calm and proactive during peak rushes — anticipate not just react 🧹 Help with café dailies – prep, restocking, and tidy pack-downs so the next shift can hit the ground running

🙌 We’re looking for people who:

✨ Have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café environment. ✨ Keep high energy from open to close, with positivity and consistency ✨ Proven ability to handle high-volume (5kg+ per day). ✨ A flexible team player — happy to work 1 up or 2 up on machine when needed. ✨ Are calm, professional and solutions-focused when things get challenging ✨ Value teamwork — you step in without being asked and finish shifts as a team.

📌 The details:

☀️ Daytime trade 9 am - 5 pm (no really early starts) 📅 Must be available weekends & public holidays 💰 Paid the Hospitality Industry Award and above 🗓️ Seasonal part-time roles (Nov–Apr) or Summer Casuals (Dec-Jan) ⛷️ Career growth: option to continue with us at Mount Hotham venues in a ski resort or return summer after summer at Red Hill.
