🌞 Summer Shift Supervisors – Rocky Creek Café (Red Hill)

Join the Super Good Group at Rocky Creek Café in Red Hill, a summer hotspot for tourists! We’re looking for experienced Shift Supervisors to lead our team through a buzzing summer season.

💡 What you’ll do:

☕ Lead from the coffee machine with strong barista skills

👩‍🍳 Supervise a team of cashiers, baristas, food & beverage attendants and juniors📋 Keep operations smooth with checklists, prep routines and par levels

⚡ Stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the fly

🧹 Ensure the café is packed down and ready to hit the ground running the next morning

🙌 We’re looking for people who:

✨ Have previous experience supervising in a high-volume café or restaurant

✨ Enjoy leading a team and keeping standards high

✨ Are hands-on, organised and thrive when it’s busy

✨ Love creating a great experience for guests (lots of families on holidays!)

👉 This is the perfect role for someone who wants to combine leadership, barista skills and summer hospitality vibes – all while working with a supportive team.

☀️ Daytime trade only – no evenings

📅 Must be available weekends & public holidays

💰 Paid under the Hospitality Industry Award

🗓️ Seasonal part-time roles (Nov–Apr) with potential to return each year

⛷️ Career growth: option to join us at our 3 Mount Hotham venues in winter
