We discovered our favourite restaurant on the mountain!!
Fantastic food - carefully selected flavours made each dish a real experience. We chose the ‘Feed me’ menu ... It was an exciting food journey with beautiful presented entrees. The wine list is very comprehensive with a good selection of Australian wines and some wines from the old world wine countries.
The Italian Barbera from Piedmonte worked a treat with the dishes. Similar to a Sangiovese, it offered good acid levels complementing the spices of the menu. We have already booked our next dining experience at Jack Frost!!
