The ATO have made changes to the way employees submit their Super Standard Choice Form
& Tax File Details to their employers.
STEP ONE.
Use the link below to understand what you need to do to use the ATO online form to submit your declaration to your employer.
STEP TWO.
Use the link below, or on the above linked page,
to log in to your ATO linked MyGov account.
STEP THREE.
Once you have completed the ATO form via your MyGov Account, you will receive a PDF copy of your declaration to provide to us, your employer.
Upload that file to using the form below.
